On January 15, 2026, our nightly process that syncs candidate profiles to our search index did not complete as expected. As a result, some users may have seen stale or incomplete search results and filters until the issue was resolved.

We identified the underlying cause as a resource constraint during the sync job and implemented changes to improve memory efficiency and reliability. We also added additional safeguards and monitoring to detect failed syncs earlier and prevent recurrence.
